CHILTERNS / BUCKINGHAMSHIRE

Country Elegance

With its imposing vaulted ceiling, exposed beams, limestone floor and chandelier, this room demanded a kitchen of substantial scale.

The Aga is the focal point of the kitchen with its magnificent chimneybreast taking centre stage. The large island has a curved oak seating area at one end cutting sharply into the granite worktop, supported by a solid oak barrel pedestal. The opposite end of the island has a complementary circular oak chopping board sitting over a semi-circle of curved door units which are flanked by oak pullout trays and chopping boards. The bi-fold door units and dressers give generous storage whilst keeping the all important Free-standing furniture look.
